We really enjoyed our stay at haze and kites. The scenery around the resort is mesmerizing. The staff is very helpful, it feels like it's our family who cares. Special part which I really like is they cook meals as per our style and taste. During each meal, someone from the staff member will take feedback to know if the food is as per our taste or not and if we enjoy the meal, I really liked this personal touch.

I had a good experience. I had seen some critical reviews about their location and Breakfast spread, but I believe they have worked over it and I was really impressed. The way to resort is manageable, its not that bad like I had expected. 5 stars to the staff here. They are very helpful and hospitality is 5 on 5. I loved the pool experience. I cut one star only coz I felt the food was quite expensive to order inside the resort as we don't have any other option as the resort is situated a bit far away from the city. If you don't have your private vehicle then it's a bit challenging.

Awesome property with amazing views of the mountains. Maybe the best sunset view around and the infinity pool adds to the charm. Courteous staff. Had one of the best stays. Some reviews regarding the approach road although narrow but is quite manageable. Definitely recommended..Cheers

Absolutely a very fine stay at the resort. The ambience and overall atmosphere of the resort was awesome. We booked the hotel as a part of our honeymoon trip. They offered us candlelight dinner as per our preferences and to say it was the best, both in food and presentation and more to say the ambience and the overall setting. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The washrooms were well equipped with needful. Last but not the least our time at the infinity pool was superb. And also the small teastall that offered tea and snacks was good. 🥰🥰🥰A heartfelt thanks to team Haze & Kites for arranging things for us and making our stay with you a memeorable one... 🥰🥰🥰

Every single aspect of this place is really great. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a short getaway from daily routine. Thank you to each and every staff, who were at our service the entire stay. The lunch and dinner was prepared fresh and hot only after we placed the order. Breakfast is the basic buffet but a great spead.

Located in a beautiful location with stunning views and very quiet. Very small and peaceful complex. Attentive staff. Evening meals which were cooked fresh were excellent with a variety of options. Breakfast was a bit basic unless you like Dosa 🙂 however cooked fresh. All in all would highly recommend

This is an excellent resort in Munnar, the rooms are very spacious and clean with proper amenities. The mountain view from the room is amazing. very beautiful stay ,fresh air and very rejuvenating. I will be considering a second trip later.

Nice resort on the top of the hill. Pros 1. Excellent valley views with mist and haze. 2. Nice comfortable and big rooms with small balcony with a view. 3. Very warm front desk and restaurant staff always enquiring about comfort and ready to help. 4. A la carte Kerala curries and Malabar parotha were delicious. Cons 1. Breakfast spread and taste can be improved. 2. While housekeeping was very prompt they were strangely reluctant to provide extra drinking water or bath towels. The only staff we found a bit unhelpful. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay very much.
